Delighted with the picture, I ordered it for my friends birthday she lost both her mum and dad and I thought this would be a lovely way for her to remember them
The seller was prompt in responding with queries and adjusting the draft however I liked it. There was a slight hiccup with delivery but received quickly the next day. The finish is great and a thoughtful poem has been additionally added. Second time ordering and would recommend!

I was really excited about this, but unfortunately it didn’t quite meet my expectations. The design feels a bit basic, almost like it was done by someone still learning, and honestly, with the right time, it could have been done on any phone app or simple editing program. For the price, I expected a much higher quality result. On the positive side, the communication was excellent, and I appreciated the opportunity to review and approve the design before printing. Unfortunately, the final print still looked a bit cheap and could have been executed with more attention to detail.

Great customer service from start to finish. I submitted the photo I wanted to use and then I received a message with a link to view the created image. Once I’d accepted it, the print was made up and posted. Very quick service and lovely high quality image. It’s wedding gift and I think they’ll love it. It also came with a little poem related to the picture which was a lovely touch.
The quality was exceptional and the poem was beautiful . Communication with the seller was excellent.

I would 100% buy from this seller again- the quality of the print is excellent, the communication prior to the print was incredible, allowing me time to make changes and to make sure I was completely happy with my order. To then receiving the order quickly and finding a personalised poem with the order was just fantastic. The seller went above and beyond and was excellent value for money.

Greate customer service, I had recieved an email with a review of the photo before work was completed and received quickly after that in the post
The quality of the photo submitted wasn't the greatest, however I was expecting a better result. The first sample was the best and all other subsequent adjustments became somewhat cartoonish (and that's not what I was going for). In the end I received an ok portrait but was left somewhat disappointed.
Vicky was so patient and re-sent my print after I was slow to review the proof. Love the attention to detail on the artwork AND the customer service - would give more stars if I could!
